Swansea University Football Club (Welsh: Clwb Pêl-droed Prifysgol Abertawe) is a Welsh football club, who play in the Ardal Leagues South West, which is the third tier of the Welsh football pyramid. They play at Sketty Lane, Swansea.
History
The current team was reformed as Team Swansea in 2011 by students from Swansea University. Since the club's reformation, the club has achieved six promotions, two Gwalia cups, one Senior Cup and two West Wales Cups, including a 10-0 win in the 2015 final.
In 2017 the club sealed the Swansea Senior League championship and West Wales Cup double in May 2017, securing their return to the Welsh Football League in a play-off against Neath & District League champions Cwm Wanderers.
In May 2018 the club was promoted to Welsh Football League Division Two as Champions. They followed this up in April 2019 by gaining promotion to the new Cymru South as runners-up in Division Two. They were also awarded the divisional fair play award for the season.
In May 2020 they were crowned champions of Cymru South after the curtailment of the season as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic.
However, due to finishing 15th in the 2022-23 Cyrmu South, they were relegated into the Ardal Leagues, from 2023-24 onwards.

Lo Swansea Univ è una delle squadre di calcio più antiche del Galles. Il club è stato fondato da un gruppo di studenti dell'Università di Swansea nel 1921. La squadra ha iniziato a giocare nella Swansea and District League, ma è stata presto promossa nella Welsh League. Lo Swansea Univ ha vinto la Welsh League per la prima volta nel 1925, e ha poi vinto il campionato altre sei volte.
Lo Swansea Univ ha vinto la Coppa del Galles per la prima volta nel 1925, battendo il Cardiff City in finale. Il club ha vinto la Coppa del Galles di nuovo nel 1932, battendo il Wrexham in finale. Lo Swansea Univ ha raggiunto la finale della Coppa di Lega gallese nel 1992, ma ha perso contro il Cardiff City.
Lo Swansea Univ ha una lunga rivalità con il Cardiff City. Le due squadre si sono incontrate in finale di Coppa del Galles cinque volte, con lo Swansea Univ che ha vinto tre volte e il Cardiff City che ha vinto due volte. La rivalità tra le due squadre è spesso accesa e le partite tra loro sono sempre molto combattute.
