Scheveningse Voetbal Vereniging Scheveningen is an association football club from Scheveningen, a district of The Hague, Netherlands. The club was founded 1 July 1919. It is currently playing in the Tweede Divisie, the third tier of football in the Netherlands.

They play at the Houtrust Scheveningen.

History

Between 1954 and 1971 the club played professional football under the names SHS and Holland Sport.

The club was selected by the French sports newspaper L'Équipe to participate in 1955–56 European Cup, but declined to do so.

The biggest success in the club's history was the overall amateur title in 1996. Martin Jol was the team manager at that time.

Scheveningen è una società calcistica olandese con sede nell'omonima città. Fondata nel 1909, attualmente il club milita nell'Eerste Divisie, la seconda divisione del campionato dei Paesi Bassi.

Lo Scheveningen gioca le partite in casa allo Scheveningseslag Sportpark, uno stadio da 10.000 posti. I colori sociali sono il rosso e il nero.

Il club ha vinto un solo trofeo nella sua storia, la KNVB Beker nel 1955-56, battendo in finale l'Eindhoven per 4-1.

Nella stagione 2022-23 lo Scheveningen ha raggiunto i quarti di finale della KNVB Beker, venendo eliminato dal Vitesse. In campionato, il club ha concluso la stagione al 12º posto.
