History
Il 9 ottobre 2019, la franchigia di Major League Soccer del New England Revolution ha annunciato la creazione di una squadra riserve da schierare a partire dalla stagione successiva nella USL League One, il terzo livello della piramide calcistica statunitense. Poche settimane più tardi, il 25 novembre 2019 la società ha annunciato l'ingaggio del primo allenatore, Clint Peay.
Il club ha debuttato tra i professionisti il 25 luglio 2020 in un pareggio interno per 0-0 contro l'Union Omaha.
Il club è stato fondato nel 2020 come New England Revolution U23. Ha iniziato a giocare nella MLS Next Pro, un campionato riservato alle squadre di riserva della MLS, nella stagione 2022. Il club ha cambiato il suo nome in New England Revolution II prima della stagione 2023.
Il Revolution II gioca le sue partite interne al Gillette Stadium, che è condiviso con la prima squadra della MLS. Il club ha un record di 11 vittorie, 13 sconfitte e 2 pareggi nella stagione 2022.
